Hello, Ava J’zs foodies! Today, we are going to be preparing my Rotisserie Wings Recipe.

INGREDIENTS
  • Chicken Wings (washed thoroughly)
  • 2 Tbsp Canola Oil
  • Dipping Sauce (your choice; optional)
  • Seasoning/Spices (your choice)

    • Seasoning salt
    • Onion powder
    • Garlic powder
    • Black pepper
GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS
  • Season the chicken wings generously in a large mixing bowl. Be careful to not add too much black pepper or garlic powder.

  • Add the canola oil, and massage everything into the wings.

  • Place the wings side-by-side on your oven’s middle rack.
  • Cook the wings for one hour at 350°.
  • Move the wings to your oven’s top rack, and cook them for an additional 15 minutes for a golden-brown color.
  • Enjoy plain or with your favorite sauce!
