Hello, Ava J’zs foodies! Today, we are going to be preparing my
Spicy Potato Cheese Soup.

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 russet potatoes, peeled, washed, and cut into large chunks
  • 1 diced onion
  • Diced jalapenos to taste
  • 2 15 oz cans of cream of chicken soup
  • 4 cups of chicken stock
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 jar of mild queso
  • 1 16 oz package of Velveeta cheese cut into cubes

  • 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS
  • Place potatoes, diced onion, chicken stock, and 1 15oz can of soup into a crockpot. Cook on high for 4 – 6 hours or until potatoes are tender.
  • Add queso, diced jalapeno peppers, milk, Velveeta, and 1 15 oz can of soup.

  • Stir, then cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  • Add sharp cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
  • Garnish with crackers or your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
