Supreme Pizza Rigatoni Bake.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Rolls of Ground Sausage (preferably 1 Hot and 1 Mild)
  • 1 Pound of Rigatoni
  • 2 Cans of Pizza Sauce
  • 1 Jar of Spaghetti Sauce
  • 4 ½ Cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 – 2 Cups Sliced Mushrooms (fresh or frozen)
  • ~40 Slices of Pepperoni
  • 1 Green Pepper (sliced)
  • 1 Onion (sliced)
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS
  • Boil the rigatoni in a pot until al dente.
  • Add the sausage to a stovetop pan. Break up the meat with a large spoon or spatula, then brown it.
  • Add the pizza sauce and spaghetti sauce to the pan and stir. For the spaghetti sauce, you may add between half of the jar to the full jar.
  • Add the Italian seasoning and mushrooms to the pan and stir.
  • Pour the sauce into the pot of rigatoni and stir.
  • Add the mozzarella cheese to the pot. Turn the stove burner on and stir until the cheese melts.
  • Pour everything into a casserole dish and spread evenly.
  • Spread the rest of the cheese evenly on top.
  • Add half of the pepperoni slices on top.
  • Add the green pepper and onions.
  • Add the rest of the pepperoni.
  • Bake the casserole at 350° for 30 minutes.
