Turkey Sausage Breakfast Burrito.

INGREDIENTS
  • 5 Eggs

  • Ground Turkey Sausage

  • Tortillas

  • Shredded Cheese

  • Bell Pepper

  • Onion

  • Fresh Tomato

  • Salt

  • Black Pepper

  • Hot Sauce or Salsa (Optional)

GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS
  • Cook and crumble the ground turkey sausage.

  • Dice the bell pepper, onions, and tomatoes.

  • If you prefer soft peppers and onions, sauté them beforehand.

  • Pre-warm the tortillas in the oven or on the stove.

  • Spray your skillet well, even if it’s non-stick.

  • Scramble the eggs in your skillet, seasoning them with salt and black pepper.

  • Add the bell pepper and onion to the eggs.

  • Add the crumbled turkey sausage.

  • Stir the eggs until cooked.

  • Add the shredded cheese, and stir until the cheese melts.

  • Add everything to a tortilla.

  • Top with diced tomatoes.

  • Add hot sauce or salsa if you like.

  • Enjoy!
