Hello, Ava J’zs foodies! Today, we are going to be preparing my
Ultimate Super Bowl Steak & Potatoes Dip.

  • 2 8-oz packages of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 16-oz container of sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ lb steak (cooked and chopped, seasoned to your taste)
  • 1 large (or 2 medium) boiled and diced potato
  • 1 bundle of chopped green onions (4-6)
  • 8 pieces of cooked bacon
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ⅓ cup A1 steak sauce
  • Shredded sharp cheddar cheese for garnish
  • Prepare steak according to your taste and chop, fry 8 slices of bacon and chop, and boil 1 large or 2 medium potatoes and dice. Preheat the oven to 350°.
  • Soften cream cheese and add to bowl with sour cream. Add 1 teaspoon of onion powder, chopped steak, diced potato, chopped bacon.
  • Chop 1 bundle of green onions (about 4-6) and add to dip. Add 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
  • Stir everything together well. Add ⅓ cup of A1 steak sauce and continue to stir.
  • Transfer dip to an oven-safe serving dish and spread evenly. Top with plenty of shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • Serve with assorted crackers.
